I think some people on here forget what it was like being a teenage boy in school. The good looking teachers, if they actually heard the students, could probably file sexual harassment charges against a good percentage of them just by the words and phrases they use. Those 'poor' and 'innocent' 17 year olds will be okay.

 

And Clyde you are right when you said a 17 year old boy and a 17 year old girl are different at that age when it comes to sex. Boys will take what they can get-most of the time.

 

And just to put it all in perspective, that doctor for Michael Jackson, if found guilty, would get roughly 5 years for involuntary man slaughter.

If I'm not mistaken (and I very well may be) but I do believe that men's and women's libidos are different at 17-18. Men sexually peak in their late teens/early 20's. I believe women's libidos don't peak until after 30.

Slight difference in that we would all have a hard time believing the female gym teacher over powered the bigger stronger male football player. On the flipside if your situation went the way this one did with girls going to the male teachers house after hearing about it from other girls then I would say they all went there for a reason.....

Agreed, if any thing it was abuse of a situation that presented her an opportunity and people didn't think she would abuse.

There was a teacher from my school that slept with several guys that I know. Well 5, if that is several. I'm sure there were more before I was there. I'm sure there were more after I was gone. She didn't marry for 20 or so years after I was out of school. All of the guys I personally know, have college educations, married, successful, and are great dads. Not one of them has divorced. So I have a little trouble believing these boys are going to endure much mental fatigue or life changing emotional stress from the fact they laid the teacher. I would have been more distraught having my parents go on TV and tell how much this escapade had ruined my life.
