If you go to UK as an O-Lineman you will either get replaced by a TE who has moved to the O-Line or you will get moved to DT or something or another, they do nothing but mess with players natural positions...And Vandy would struggle to win in the MAC...

 

First of all Vandy is 4-0 against MAC schools over the last 5 years. Lst year Vandy didnt win an SEC game and the beat E. Michigan (AMAC school) 52-6. I wouldnt really call that struggling to win.

 

Second, some players just are too far down on the depth chart to be abe to contribute to a team, like Miles Simpson, He was the third freshman running back last year behind Raymond Sanders and Brandon Gainer.

I'm just telling you what is on Rivals..I just have a hard time believing he could of went to UK or Vandy and chose to go to Ball State...JMO

 

In his defense, it depends on the athlete. I would personally play at a school where I am going to get playing time and compete for a conference championship. I agree, the SEC is in a different league than the MAC but just a few short years ago, Ball State was ranked in the top 20. And if I am going to start 3 years instead of riding the pine possibly for 3 or 4 years, I would go to Ball State. As long as my education is free. If I was going to start 3 or 4 years and chance to play in a bowl, I would probably choose UK. Maybe he hates the school. I would choose Ball State over Louisville as I couldn't stand the campus of Louisville.

Pretty gutsy statement my friend. If SK takes BW or NCC lightly they will get it handed to them and your talk of playing HHS will forever be a bigger joke than it is now.

The comment was made that UK is missing out by not offering scholarships to the D1 recruits in N. KY. Now, there are going to be some good ones in N. Ky. in the next couple of years.

 

I look to see a fair amount of UK recruiting to start coming out of Greater Cincinnati/NKY in the coming years with Rick Minter as co-defensive coordinator.
