November 27, 201015 yr    And there were seriously posters that felt that team was the best in the country and deserved to play for the title... Wow, wonder what everyone's excuse is gonna be for this one.
November 27, 201015 yr Final. BSU misses a 26 yard field goal with 0:02 seconds left and then misses a 29 yarder in overtime.

November 27, 201015 yr Congrats to a hard fought win for Nevada but have to really feel for the Boise State Kicker...
November 27, 201015 yr Hmmmm good game, talk about a let down by Boise State in the second half. It really did seem like Boise quit attacking in the second half. Props to Nevada though. They never quit.
November 27, 201015 yr    And there were seriously posters that felt that team was the best in the country and deserved to play for the title... Wow, wonder what everyone's excuse is gonna be for this one. Nevada is a pretty good team, and they were playing at home on national TV with a title on the line. I didn't think it would be easy. They did beat the same Cal team that Oregon beat by two, by 21 points.
November 27, 201015 yr Author I love it! Me thinks the Boise State bandwagon will be much lighter tomorrow morning than it was today.
November 27, 201015 yr Author Nevada is a pretty good team, and they were playing at home on national TV with a title on the line. I didn't think it would be easy They lost to Hawaii....Sorry, they're a decent little team, but no where near a team that should be able to play with the "best team in the country" as some have touted them.
November 27, 201015 yr Actually, there is not any excuse, Nevada is a very good team and I would still take Boise, TCU, and Nevada against many teams in the "big conferences" and would love for more than anything to see many more "bigger conference" schools play these teams during regular season games. There is no reason to disrespect Boise for losing to the team they played tonight, I was very impressed with them.
November 27, 201015 yr Congrats to a hard fought win for Nevada but have to really feel for the Boise State Kicker... I'd love to see the slo-mo's of those two missed kicks??
November 27, 201015 yr It appears that some have a loss of memory from a couple of seasons ago; anyone remember a certain bowl game between Utah and Alabama? I do.
November 27, 201015 yr The Boise State kicker better watch himself when he gets back to campus! good point
