Just got a text saying he is going back to LexCath. Can anyone confirm this?

Please will someone explain to me what the fascination is with playing for a prep school or a nationally renowned high school. With the internet, You Tube, blogs, ubiquitous national scouting services and rankings, does it really matter any more where a kid plays school boy hoops insofar as college aspirations are concerned? The colleges will find you, it seems, regardless of where you're from. What is the allure?

This isn't exacly true. Look at Anthony Davis as a prime example...it wasn't until this past summer on the AAU circuit that his name really got out there.

I don't know who Anthony Davis is but the point is they did find him apparently. That said, there are always going to be late bloomers.

Davis is rated top 5 for class of 2011......current UK commit.

 

Point is...they would've never known about him if not for playing on the AAU circuit this past summer. He attends a small school in Chicago. (Perspectives Charter School)

Older brother Seth is a senior at LexCath. Not sure if there is another brother in the pipeline.

The Jtown and Trinity rumors turned out to be true on all their transfers. They seemed to weather the media and haters. Maybe Scott Co is the next option. Manning, Beckham, Ivey, that would be an unbelievable trio. Scott Co will be pretty darn good without him.......but with him that will sell out a several away gyms and pretty much put them on the road next season.
