Why can't he go back to school at Lex Cath this year? What rule would that be?

 

Don't know. Could be anything. Obviously there is something that happened whether it be grades or disciplinary that will not allow him to return to LexCath. I am not concerned with what happened as to why he can't return. I just wonder what happens to him now.

From what I understand is that it doesn't matter if its public to public, public to private, private to private, or private to public...without the legitimate change of address, it doesn't matter what type of school you transfer from and then to, you're still ineligible.

 

You are correct. There has to be an extenuating circumstance , which we've seen previously, in order to get around the transfer rules.
