I agree Cooper will win, not as strongly as night fan expresses. Cooper is right there and Conner is struggling. Cooper has been through the 6A teams now and has represented their program very well. They are ready for a team like Conner, have now payed their dues, Cooper may win this game big. Good luck to both teams.

If you are going to bash Boone's coaches in one thread, at least do the minuscule amount of work it would take to know the 6A playoff scenerios, in this thread. Kind of makes it look like you are uninformed.

Forgot that there would be a 3 way tie for the final spot. No need for the personal attacks and calling someone uninformed. And as far as my credibility taking a hit because of one little mistake regarding the 6a playoff picture, I find that to be comical.

 

As far as the Boone coaching staff goes, I'm VERY WELL INFORMED on what goes on inside that program...more than you know bud so you may want to stop while you're ahead.

If Conner wins they are in. If they lose Boone goes to the playoffs because it would create a 3 way tie in the districts with Boone, Cooper, and Conner. Boone owns the tie breaker which is records of your opponents that you defeat.

 

Don't they all have one more non district game after this week? If there is a three way tie, are we sure that last non district game won't help out one team? I don't know what the records are of other teams Boone, and Cooner has beat. However I do know Cooper still has Newport left on their schedule, and Newport could be 6 and 3 going into that game.

Borchers needs to give the play calling to someone else !! 3rd and 2 you give the ball to Bradley not roll out for a pass with a Qb that cant walk !!

 

Wow! Coach Borchers and staff have done a great job with that program. They are only in their third year and they are already competing with all the 6A schools, and very easily could have won a couple of them already. What Cooper is doing right now is working, because they just keep getting better.

If you want to act as a broadcaster/reporter or whatever and promote a website, then you better learn that FACT errors are NEVER, "little mistakes", do damage your credibility. Anyone who's ever taken a communications class knows this is rule number one

 

Anything you say about coaching staffs, styles of play, schemes, who the best players are, etc. is subjective and an opinion. You seem to like to chime in on all those things, which is fine. But, when dealing with facts, get it right or what you say about anything else means nothing.

What game were you watching? Borchers' play calling was the reason Cooper made it a game. He had some very good play calling to keep CC on their heels the entire night. IF not for Bradley going down the entire second half with cramps, Cooper wins this game, plain and simple.

Several CC coaches were quoted after the game saying that Bradley going down that entire 4th quarter was definetly a back breaker for the Jags. Not just my opinion, sir.

 

It is FACT that Bradley was running all over Campbell Co to start the second half before going out with the cramps. Wilke came in for him and did decent, but he simply doesn't have the speed, vision, or overall strength that Bradley possesses. He also fumbled with Cooper driving, which really hurt the Jags.

 

I ask you this...Had it been Kremer that went out with cramps and didn't play the entire 4th quarter and CC loses, would you have used the same line? "Had Kremer not gone out, CC wins."

First off, I'm not the only one who has been critical about the Boone coaching staff this season, so don't single me out. There have been plenty others that have expressed their opinions about those coaches and what's going wrong out there. And aren't you a Dixie fan? Why would it matter to you if someone voices their OPINION about another program? What does Boone even have to do with this thread? Absolutely nothing. And if we're on the subject of me supposedly "bashing' coaching staffs, pretty sure I stood up for Coach Borchers and his staff earlier when someone questioned his play-calling. Why did you not quote their post as well? Move on. You'll feel much better.

As far as the mistake regarding the playoff scenario, you're right. I should've gone through all the playoff outcomes before posting. But who are you to criticize me and question my credibility? I've been around long enough to know what's going on. Just because I got in a bit of a rush and didn't go through all scenarios, doesn't mean my credibility takes a hit. And what does my playoff scenario post have to with the site that I promote as a broadcaster? Absolutely nothing. Again, move on.
