theguru
With this loss Simon is still likely headed for a crushing end to the season... Who knows gt but one thing is for sure, now Simon moves forward with their eyes wide open.

tapico80
Tell me...how does losing 34-0 make Simon Kenton better? What did they "learn" from that experience that is going to help them down the road, exactly? Did they get faster? Stronger? Did the QB's confidence increase while leading his team to 0 points over 4 quarters?? Sorry, this has become my crusade. It's time to stop thinking like it's 1978. That loss did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for Simon Kenton other than to emotionally and physically beat them into the ground. :isurrender: -CardinalsFan The outcome would have been different if Lawrence was healthy for the game. They may not have won but they would have scored. It is hard to scramble and run with his injury and throw. They never should have let him play. Shoulda coulda woulda...Just admit that Ryle is the class of nky 6a this year.. Unless SK's o-line gets a lot better Ryle will live in their backfield.. gametime
Chad Lawrence was 19/37 281 yards 3 TDs 1 INT and 23 rushes for 113 yards. And they still needed a last second FG to win. Think about that one for a minute...
