August 30, 201016 yr Haha, funny you made this thread. I just had a draft tonight, and wanted to make a "Rate My Team" thread. But, I decided against it and just sent a PM to a few people to get their thoughts. I'm with you Clyde.
August 30, 201016 yr I don't mind rating them, but personally I wouldn't post a thread. I feel pretty confident about my drafting abilities, been doing it since 1989 and I always have a good team, regardless what my ending record states.

August 30, 201016 yr Personally, I'm genuinely curious as to whether I did a good job or not. The thread I posted, I did so in large part because it was the first of two leagues I was in, and wanted to get feedback before I go into the next league. If mine wasn't the first of these threads this year, it was one of the first ones, so sorry to be the bane of your existence Clyde. But gotta tell you, just as annoying are "Your thread annoys me" threads. I don't even see threads that I don't care about most of the time. My eyes simply glaze right over them. You did the right thing in not reading them. Now take the next step, and don't post ones like this.

August 30, 201016 yr That is why I posted the one that I did for my fantasy team. I always chuckle at ones that want their team ranked. A good ranking is what you finish at the end of the year.

August 30, 201016 yr It's not about the ranking for me. It's about the suggestions I get. I get blinded, and of course think my team is great always. I think its good to have someone from the outside looking in tell you where you need to improve.
August 30, 201016 yr I think it is time for a Fantasy Sports Forum. I believe there are enough fantasy leagues going on throughout the year to support it. Pro Sports forum should be about news, rumors and results. A Fantasy Sports Forum would reduce the mud in the water in the PSF. I like to see how other people draft, so I don't mind the "Rate My Team" threads. The problem I see with the rate my team threads is that every league is different. When someone posts their roster for judgment, they need to post # of teams, scoring matrix and position in which they drafted so people can make an informed judgment.
