Listen, years ago SK had trouble with Scott, and you should be proud that the SK program is being discussed, I played during a day of quiet bus rides, no enthusiasm, quiet fans and on the wrong end of a running clock. I made the move to Fort Thomas as my wife served me some CAKE; and it was a fantastic recipe. They work hard, know their way around the kitchen (class been there before), and most importantly seldom receive a dish of crow. Bon Appetit.

Well, the way I read your original post on the subject of Highlands playing Scott was a bit disparaging toward Highlands for playing Scott. My reply was simply meant to illuminate the fact that Highlands doesn't get to choose district games.

 

Not to mention, disrespectful towards the hard working players at Scott.

You can't even compare Highlands to Sk thats like comparing the 0-16 Lions from two years age to the 16-0 Patriots. There's no comparison there. Highlands can schedule whoever they want because they make it the play offs and actually make it passed the first round each and every year. Sk has made it passed the first round of the playoffs no more than four times. If that. Sk if garbage and over-rated. There's no sence and arguing with you, you have zero knowledge of how bad Sk's football history is. You had ONE good season and they were one hell of a team. That season is over now and about time to get a reality check and realize you will never see a seaon as good as that in your lifetime. You didn't win state, you didn't make it to state. You lossed to the best of the best. You will defiantly see this upcoming season how bad you really will be. Cannot wait till Ryle completely destroys you because you'll never hear the end of it from anyone on this website. And you'll make yourself look like a huge idiot.

I have to write it also because you are officially the least informed football fan in the history of the Bluegrasspreps website. Scott was a district opponent! Are you really trying to compare Highlands football history to Simon Kenton football history? The scheduling doesnt even compare.

 

You are hurting your program because most of the people on this board (which are some of the biggest High School football fans in the state) will be cheering against Simon Kenton this upcoming year because of irrational fans like you. You remind me a lot of Lane Kiffin in the sense that you try to much to draw attention to yourself, but when it comes down to it you are wrong and your opinions are based on your dreams instead of fact. I don't care if Simon Kenton won a few games last year in the playoffs, they were not nearly as good as you say they were. Their season was not "Great." A "Great" season doesn't end in a loss, like Simon Kenton's season did last year. The rest of Simon Kentons fans deserve an apology from you for your embarassment of your school, community, and yourself.

I have been a SK fan when they sucked and when they was good if u don't like what I post then don't read it. Also i wasn't bashing Scott or Highlands all I was doing was replying to a comment about SK playing Scott. For people that don't know much about SK and Scott they used to be a huge rivalry.

Please everyone, forgive me for doing this, but I will defend SK on the scheduling Scott issue. Scott is one of three Kenton County district schools (Dixie, Scott and SK). Because of that, I think SK and Scott should play each other every year.
