Or he could team up with Wade in Miami. I still think Dirk would fit perfectly with LeBron but I doubt he will leave. Both of those look really good. I say he signs with the nets.

Back with the Cavs but other options would be better for him. The bulls and heat are much better situations.

I said Nets too. I don't think Miami works b/c of how good Wade is. I think Miami gets Boozer. Maybe JayZ will have a lot more influence than I ever thought. Of all the owners who potentially have a shot it has to be NJ and the Russian Billionaire that wins out unless Cuban can sneak in there. I thought Chicago all along, but I think LBJ will listen to the people that say Jerry R. is a bad owner.

With salary caps in place why would the wealth of the owner come into play?

I've been getting the vibe lately he's going to stay put in Cleveland. If not there, I say New Jersey.

Because when teams go over the salary cap they have to pay a crazy high luxury tax. The Celtics and Lakers both pay luxury taxes if I am not mistaken. The Cavs cannot afford to pay the luxury tax. The Nets won't have a problem paying the luxury tax for the forseeable future thanks to their new owner.
