Kasey Clark =Russell

I second that! And Blume is another great one for that matter!

Ryan Howard - Leslie

Ron Blume - Johnson Central

Jimmy Chaffins - Lynn Camp

Bobby Owens - Knott Central

Matt Maynard - Belfry

TR Christopher - Bell

Ron Blume - Johnson Central

Ryan Howard - Leslie Co.

Bobby Owens - Knott Central

Brandon Willis - Perry Central

Matt Maynard - Belfry

Matt Maynard is good from Belfry, but #20 Dustin May will be one of the tops next season. He is playing fullback this his soph season, but will likely step back to tailback to finish his career. He has very good size and strength. If he can develop the big play speed that Maynard has, then he will be the best in the Mountains IMO.

Im not sure if a kid can develop that kind of speed tho, maybe its born.

Blume - JC

Brennan Sargent - Boyd County

Tyler Reliford - Ashland

Kasey Clark - Russell

In AA, based on stats, Bobby Owens would be the best in EKY. I think an average of 200+ a game.

He is SO FAST!

But its little wonder...

Owens is so small we saw Livestrong Braclets on his legs!

Anyone know if he clocked a 40?

I heard that Reynolds from lynn camp is right there even with Chaffin

Reliford is a great Running back. He always tries to get that extra yard for the Tomcats.

Tyler Reliford, Ashland

Kasey Clark, Russell

Brennan Sargent, Boyd

Ron Blume,JCHS

Bradlee Jones,Fairview

Those are some of the better ones that ive personally seen.

I think Weston Robinson from Pikeville is one of the best, but his numbers aren't as great as some of the others, due to the new offense.

Todd Robinsion- Breathitt County he is pretty good but would be real good if he had someone to block for him :argue: :argue:

I agree 100% with you on that statement.

Cant believe no noe mentioned Phillip Bentley of LCC, an old Whitesburg boy. One of the best you'll see.

I didn't mean to leave some great ball players out, I'm just a little unfamiliar with some teams that would be considered in "western" EKY. Like Ashland for example.

Leslie - Howard

Knott - Owens

Chaffin and Blume would be a toss up for best in the mountains.
