It is official and will be in the Oldham Era tomorrow from what I am hearing. Another coach that interviewed was called this morning and was informed that Henley had been chosen.

 

I looked & have been unable to find it on either school's website?

 

Not doubting your information, just looking for documented proof (other than BGP).

Did coach Henley get a job in the administration at Oldham? I had heard he was also a very good principal at Holmes.

 

As the rumor mill starts, I'd make my first call to Brad Carr.

Very big hire by North Oldham, will be interesting to see who gets hired at Holmes.

Tim Sullivan at Cooper.....

 

Sullivan and Carr would be two candidates as alums of the school and there may be interest from other coaches in N Ky. Job this high of a profile should draw some interest from all over the state

Anybody know why Henley chose North Oldham? Stepping stone to a bigger Louisville job? Like the area? Why?

qryche11, there was a reason in me mentioning Henley, and then Sullivan as his replacement, in the NKY coaching changes thread 6 weeks ago.

Which coaches may be moving on in NKY? A thread has been started about Scott, what about others?

 

Any coaches looking to move on? Move to administration? What coaches are not from NKY that may be looking to head back home? Is Henley staying awhile? If he decides to leave I would say Sullivan would have the inside track on that job, if he wants it.

Hate to see Coach Henley leave but I wish him and his family nothing but the best.

 

He has done some great things for this Holmes program and in the last 5 years alone has laid down a great foundation for the future of Holmes basketball.

Pretty sure they lived in Union and his wife was/is a teacher at Walton Verona.

The Burlington Baptist church family will miss the Henley's as well.
