I agree. I don't think we'll see anyone with Jared's arm strength for a while. I remember watching him warm up before games down on one knee at the 50 and just flicking it into the endzone without much effort.

 

I remember watching that too and what at the time I thought was more significant, I remember watching opposing players and coaches standing around watching him do it during their warm ups. They had to be wondering how far can that kid throw the ball on his feet and how close to I have to be on an out pattern to have a chance to break up the pass. :scared:

Scout now has 20 D1 schools listed as having interest in Pike with 6 having already made offers. :scared:

You are correct. I plugged in class of 2012 instead of 2011 the first time. Lawrence is listed on rivals with Wofford having interest. He is also listed on scout but no schools are listed there as having interest. I am sure he will pick up more interest as the season moves forward.
