It is now a fact. Middlesboro won the all "a" regional title on Friday against Williamsburg, 8-1.

Are the brackets for the All A posted online anywhere? I saw the state level info at http://www.allaclassic.org but the regional brackets aren't on there. I am looking for the regional brackets.

I've looked and couldn't find them either. I think each Region kinda does there own thing. So I'm not sure those brackets are published anywhere.

You're right. New Cath is in the All "A" and I would definitely consider them a front runner in the ninth. They've played extremely well as of late, but my question about their team is pitching. I know Meyer and Cain are two of the best, but the way the "A" is set up a team will need depth in order to win it. Aside from Meyer and Cain, who else can help take the Breds down to state?

 

 

The Breds have been getting very good pitching from Doyle, Gray and Murphey. All juniors who throw the ball well. Schmidts is a pretty good pitcher as well but I'm not sure he has been on the mound yet.

OK, if we can't find the brackets, maybe we can put it together here. In the 9th region, what are the matchups? Based on today's scheduled games, I would say the first round matchups are Lloyd at Beechwood and Bellevue at Dayton. The other side of the bracket includes NewCath, St. Henry and Holy Cross but I don't know who plays who. What about Villa Madonna and Ludlow? Am I missing anyone?
