I love the kid, but Delk deserves to be up there a lot more than Patrick Patterson, imo.

 

I put Hayes on the same level as Pat. Sentimental crowd favorites but not worthy of a jersey being retired. If that is the case UK will never stop retiring jerseys.

I think deserving too but posted it to get the point brought out that a Hall of Fame statiscal career is not 100% relevant.

 

Isn't Patrick in the top 20 of scorer? Maybe even higher.

 

He also stuck around a year in which he could have bailed, not to mention it deferred to the freshmen to be a better team when he could have demanded more touches on offense.
