I think he should be up there. He came back to be a part of the rebirth of UK basketball. Under Cal the best players may not play long enough to be considered, so I think he should be considered. Players these days that are really good just do not play 4 years on the whole.

Honestly guys, if we were applying the "emotional fan favorite", "exemplifies what it means to be a Wildcat", "overcame adversity" standard for jersey hanging in Rupp, about 50 names need to be added in the rafters. How about Ramon Harris? He flew down from Alaska, went through 3 coaches, started for a couple seasons then relegated to the bench, injured all the time, but has stuck it out?

 

Come on people, this is being voted in to the Hall of Fame. I love Pat, but he was not a transformational type talent at Kentucky and was always at least the second option on every team.
