^ You can't say one thing, and then add an "if" to it.....on paper, maybe, does anyone have a round 2 game against a team that has beaten a #1 two times this year (UT did, so whoever they have)....after that, 'Nova trounced Duke last season. Just give it a rest.

 

If your a Duke fan and your going to be honest with yourself you are going to be absolutely thrilled with this bracket. UL's a dangerous team, but they have also played really bad at times this year. They could beat Duke or get beat in the 1st round. The bracket is set up very well for Duke. They definitly got the best draw out of the 4.

Just the fact that Duke is the 3rd-rated No. 1 seed is a screw job in itself, IMO.

All of your complaints will be pointless if Duke doesn't make the Final Four. I think you are all jumping the gun and once again letting your hatred of Duke take over common sense. Wahhhh, the NCAA likes Duke. Wahhhhh, they got an easy bracket. Whatever. As if Duke is going to win it all this year. You guys crack me up crying about Duke all of the time. The Shot was 18 years ago and our teams haven't met since 2001. Get over it and move on already. Geez.

:thumb: Definitly! Their best win on the year is over Maryland. They played a pretty good schedule this year, but lost to every really good team they played (Wisconsin, Georgetown). I believe they were a huge benefactor of a down ACC this year.

The East Region has six conference champions seeded #12 or below

 

After Duke, the next highest conference champion is seeded #13 (Siena).

It is OBVIOUSLY the easiest draw on paper. If PP can't admit that, he's the one who's being biased, not everyone else.

The South bracket has arguably the weakest #2 seed, one of the 2 weakest #3 seeds, probably the weakest #4 seed and possibly the weakest #5 seed. Is this a coincidence, luck or possibly CBS having input?

 

Kansas on the other hand, who is the #1 overall seed has one of the 2 best #2 seeds, the best #3 seed, the second best #4 seed and one of the 2 best #5 seeds. I think that Kansas should have obviously received the easier road and cannot understand the committee's reasoning.:confused:

I'll happily admit when I am biased and if Duke easily makes it to the Final Four I will come back and say you guys were right, I just don't expect any easy routes to the Final Four. Every year everyone says we have an easy bracket but we haven't been to the Final Four since 2004. Nothing is easy in March.

I want no parts of Louisville in round 2. I said that before the tourney. Forgive me for not being thrilled.

I still don't think Duke will make it to the Final 4 because they won't be able to guard certain teams, but there is no denying they have the easiest bracket on paper.

Villanova is a good team, although they have lost 4 of their last 6 games and are the lowest ranked #2 seed.
