February 23, 201016 yr I've seen Law Abiding Citizen, and found it very enjoyable... I found the plot interesting, and there was more than enough action. Haven't seen Shutter Island yet, but will hopefully this weekend.

February 24, 201016 yr Law Abiding Citizen isn't too bad IMO. It's not the kind of movie that wins awards (I don't think), but it's enjoyable. I had one problem with it, but once you watch it you'll probably be able to figure it out. Just seemed like they didn't know what to do with the end of the movie. As I put on the Shutter Island thread, I loved it. I'm not bad at figuring stuff out in a movie like that or guessing the ending, but this one had me second guessing myself. I would check it out.

Shutter Island was a really good movie also. The main thing was kind of obvious BUT the ending was awesome and keeps you second guessing on what really happened.
February 24, 201016 yr I think Law Abiding Citizen looks terrible, IMO. Never seen it though. Your a CJ grad aren't you.... I think you would really like it.

It was good but I think they could have done better. i would have loved to see more visual history about the main character, like flash backs or something. I want to see why he is such a bad dude. Plus they should have gone into a little explaination about the criminals staking out the place in the beginning. JMO though.
February 25, 201016 yr Law Abiding Citizen was a good movie, it makes you think a lot until about an hour or so in when you get a little info as to how things are happening then you can start to figure how it is going to play out. I too would have liked to seen some more background info on the main character as to how he was such a bad dude! It seemed like there were some details left out that could of made this movie a lot better.
February 25, 201016 yr I think Law Abiding Citizen looks terrible, IMO. Never seen it though. As I have noticed our film preferences tend to coincide I will tell you it is worth a rental. Stop by a redbox or something, $1 won't hurt. It isn't spectacular but it is watchable and has some good moments.
