Is that the one that almost taste like Fruity Pebbles? Been a while since I had one, but I feel like it is. I enjoyed it.

 

Well it is a bit fruity , but I'm not sure on the " fruity pebbles" reference. I would say I cant place what citrus/fruit flavor I'd assign to it though . Very smooth and refreshing . Not hoppy , but good flavor .

 

Fruity pebbles is pretty appropriate, not the first time I've heard somebody compare it to that.

Do you all like trying a beer on "Nitro"?

 

I do. Saw Madtree had Rubus Cacao on Nitro. Hoping they still do Friday. Might slide up there to try it.

Had my first two beers from Old Firehouse (Williamsburg, OH) on Friday. Flash Point IPA and Code 3 Red Ale. Enjoyed them both.

Looked like Untappd added a new feature where you can see how many beers from a certain brewery you've had. I was a little surprised when I saw my Madtree & Rhinegeist numbers. Didn't realize I tried so many:

 

Madtree = 49

Rhinegeist = 69

Founders from Michigan has a great fruit beer - Rubeus or something like that . Its a raspberry ale thats strong on the raspberry but totally delish. On tap at Jungle Jims .

 

Might be in my all-time top 10 beers.

Had a crazy good German hefe tonight -- best I've had , very creamy , Hacker-Pschorr Weisse . Great color , great smell , so smooth. And being the wheat lover I am I also sampled a good American brew -- Troegs Dream Weaver Wheat . good as well. Jungle jims has the german brew in a bottle . Rated 91 and 95 on beer advocate , for good reason

Mad tree PSA tonight, had several Fat head Head Hunters last night.

Unita Detour Double IPA...Pretty solid.

Had red ale from Moerlein. Tasty.

Beefeater on the rocks.

Had Fibonacci The Toll house Caps. It's a stout with Carolina Reaper. Chocolate followed by heat.

Blanche de Chambly , a Belgium white ale , solid , not great , just good

Had a Rhinegeist B Side last night, an IPA.

 

They do very well with their Pale Ales and IPAs.

Heading to the Hebron Brew Haus tonight, it's Three Floyd's night. Looking forward to trying a couple of their beers.

Had a few Six Ten porters at the Independent Bar & Cafe in Tampa. Really good.
