February 5, 201016 yr Why do I feel like all we're going to get is about 2 inches of snow? :irked: Maybe it will be like it was back in 1998, when they predicted about 2-4 inches. By 5 am that morning they raised that total snow fall, and they kept doing it all day, it continued over a 24 hr period I think, just like 2 years before that, two great snowstorms But I know what you are saying, we will end up with 2". Hopefully they are wrong, but we end up with a lot more
February 5, 201016 yr Just got in from walking the dogs. A fine sleet is coming down right now. The roads are wet, but not icy. Everything metal (cars, mailboxes, etc.) is getting covered in ice.

They do like to see their basketball games go on.:thumb: But not at the expense of putting folks at risk. There is nothing cancelled in the area at the moment. But I am taking the wife to work today; the forecast isn't getting any better and she does NOT enjoy driving in nasty weather.

Hubby is in Florida....:irked: so I will have to drive myself to school. Son already at work. Just rain here so far.
