Super Bowl Sunday .....let's be realistic here!

The game could have been played and the Cardinals home in their lazy boys before the Superbowl.

I'm hearing through the grapevine that Robbie isn't the only Cardinal that's not close to 100 percent. Can someone closer to the program shed any light on this?

Papa, I heard the same and I heard a post player had tweaked a knee. Hope this is not the case and the young man is ok.

I'm sure if said player exists and he is indeed suffering from a sore knee he will be ok by game time!

Maybe we can get that blinding sun forecast changed to just a gentle gold sun:popcorn: and then possibly GRC makes the trip. My prediction is this late in the season this one doesn't get made up.l

I was told this morning that some of our players had planned college visits for tomorrow, Sunday. Hence why the game won't be played then.

I certainly hope so because this time of the year you don't need injuries to your team than you already have or else you become a average team. Best of luck to the two players that are treating their injuries. Hate to see any player injured, especially in the 10th region.

I think Montgomery coming to play Bracken Co. kind of says it all. If Montgomery Co can come to Bracken Co then Clark Co could have came to Mason Co. I do not think Clark Co is scared of Mason Co, to be honest I really do not know what to think. When Clark Co. played Mason Co in the summer they held their starters out and now I am hearing that Mason Co. is doing everything they can to get this game rescheduled but Clark Co is not having it. I guess Clark Co just wants to wait til region, but is not the right thing to do because the game was on their schedule. You are supposed to play the games that are on your schedule. Anyway I look forward to the game at the Fieldhouse in the first week of March. Yes, region is at the HCA Fieldhouse!

Sweet, we won it there last time it was at the Fieldhouse. I see no different results this year. :thumb:

Different transportation Adm. making the calls.

I do know of at least one that will be visiting one tomorrow.

There is more than one.:thumb:

Nice post since you are talking about a program who has won six regional championships and two state titles since 2000. By the way, three of those championships Mason defeated Clark in the finals. That is what we do here at Mason is look for excuses not to play teams. I don't understand how Clark, who has a good team, can be so sure of themselves that they can just come to the Fieldhouse and roll Mason County.

Wasn't talking about Mason's program, they have a very nice one. :thumb:

Totally disagree with this statement. GRC has not played in the Fieldhouse for two years. If I was a part of the coaching staff I would take any chance I could get to give my players an early experience of playing on the 10th Region Tournament floor. Too my knowledge, Zollo for instance, has never played on this floor.

If you are good enough you can beat anyone on any floor.

College visits? I thought the weather was to bad to get out of Winchester.:laugh::laugh:

A car and a bus are two different vehicles, don't make a fool of yourself. :thumb:

Mason County thought they had a small glimmer of hope with Robbie hurt! No one wants to say let's play when he is healthy so we can beat you at your best! GRC has played the best the state has literally! Why you think they would back down from Mason for any reason is beyond me. Be patient Mason fans you'll get to see this team soon enough! With or without Robbie you don't have a chance!:rolleyes::ohbrother:

Also have lost to the best the state has literally!! Mason County is the Achilles heel for GRC. This particular group of Cards still needs to get over the hump against Mason. If they don't get past the Royals in the post season then who cares if they've played the best in the state. I don't think the GRC kids would ever back down from Mason, but I do believe a mental hurdle may exist.
