Going to see Kobe vs LeBron in Cleveland Thursday

Anybody been to a game @Cleveland before? I've only seen the Lakers play against the Pacers in person.

Enjoy your trip OR. I'm sure you'll have a great time regardless of who wins. I'm sure Kobe will be looking for a little revenge from the Christmas Day game.

Have a good time OR. The Q is a crazy place to watch a game even if you're sitting in "Loudville" which is the upper deck. I've seen the Cavs play alot so PM me if you need anything or have any questions.

Never been to a NBA game before. I did have tickets to a Chicago/Indy game back when Jordan played, but family stuff came up and couldn't go...

I would have loved to seen MJ play.

If you're staying in town I'd suggest the Holiday Inn on Euclid Avenue. It's not a bad hotel, is about a block or two from the Q, and is decently priced. Plus it's close to alot of bars so you can do things before/after the game.

If you need something to do before the game check out the Tower City Center. It's a couple of blocks away and is a huge mall. You can catch a movie and if you're there at the right time of day you may see some of the Lakers players since the Ritz-Carlton is in there. It's where we met Stan Van Gundy, Tony Battie, and Courtney Lee and were about 5-10 feet from Jameer Nelson and Hedu Turkoglu during the ECF last season.

Also if you eat at the restaurant at the Q before the game you can get into the arena earlier than everyone else, so you could go down and take some pictures of Kobe, LeBron, or who ever you want. The only downside is that restaurant is not that good IMO.

Thanks to all of you guys!

We have a hotel already and will probably get up there about three or four. Definitely will be looking for somewhere to hang out after the game, thanks CCC.

These tickets were a gift from my girlfriend for Christmas, talk about a keeper. She had school and work and doesn't really care about the NBA, so me and a buddy are going up. Sitting in Section 104.

^The bars around the Q should be pretty good.

I know you're a Kobe guy, but watch out if someone tries to start something with you. A guy in a Magic jersey got into an argument with some Cavs fans in front of us....Nothing bad really happened but the Magic guy got drug out of there by Arena security. It was garbage IMO because the Cavs guys started the argument and it's not like the Magic fan did anything violent or anything. Cavs fans are terrible man.

I think I am going up Saturday to watch them vs. Oklahoma City. This will be my first trip to Cleveland as well. How close in NFL Hall of Fame? Are there any gambling boats near there?

^Don't know exactly how far Canton is, but the Rock n' Roll HOF is about a mile away from the Q.

As for gambling boats I have no idea man. If you find some let me know .

I'd love to go to that game but hate that drive to Cleveland. A long 4 hours. Hopefully, the orange barrel state doesn't live up to its rep for you.

The NFL Hall of Fame I think is about an hour away but is basically on the way to Cleveland. I highly recommend going there.

Nice, what time are you picking me up?
