I think that was a sticky, so it could just be viewed from top.

On the team, you can't argue against any of them, Kentucky had some fine players.

I disagree on the coach of the year though.

Thought I would go ahead and copy here also for discussion purposes.

Big congrats to all.

With only 36 slots available (no 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mention Teams), this is probably the toughest of all the All-State Teams to make. I'm sure the choices had to be tough, but I can't argue against anyone listed. Congratulations to all the players named. :thumb:

I especially like the "Athlete Team" which honors the outstanding achievements of those who play offense, defense, and special teams. These players served as the cornerstones for many of the better teams in Kentucky.

Thanks also to all those who worked so hard to put this together and give us something meaty to discuss and debate during these dog days when the teams are not playing. :notworthy:

Would the coach of the year happen to be the former UK QB by the same name??

It is his dad.

Congrats to Coach Haskins!!!

Congratulations to all the players. Each player contributed to the overall success of their high school team and are class acts. Good luck to each player in all their future endeavors.

There is one dlineman that is mising. Robby Lewis had an outstanding year for a sophmore. He had like 70 tackles and was doubled team on like every play and most of his tackles came from running down the play from behind. He should have been named.
