Amen to that, Daylen had a great season, as did Jeremiah, Wyatt and a whole boatload of Tigers! Congrats again to the coaching staff for the countless hours of work and for being away from their families so much!

Lucas from Somerset is who I personally thought would win coach of the year. Couldn't go wrong with Haskins from Lone Oak, Salmons from Lawrence County or Lucas from Somerset. Great All BGP Team! :thumb:

Well said, Some think the qb next season will be better than Looper. A LO coach noted to me that it was a tossup on who started this season. If that holds true, LO will be absolutely loaded next year.

 

Great to see my Mayfield boy X Shelton getting his due. Haskins for Coach ofthe year is a great reward for a coach that took a team to the title game when many wondered if they would win their district.

Anyone BGP member can nominate players. The Guru started a thread that asked to email him your nominations.

Anyone can nominate a player; we have BGP member, parents, coaches, fans, and media members nominate players.

 

BGP has a very qualified and experienced committee that narrows the field down to the list you see. There were many nominations, and many quality players to choose from. Making this list is no small accomplishment.
