January 2, 201016 yr Pike for sure, but I still think he is a system quarterback, and not what many have projected him as. Gilyard...how can you not like the kid. He can play in the slot, return guy. Would not bet against him. This game has no impact on him. Threw a nice block. I will never get why teams continue to draft spread QB's and try to turn them into pro style passers. Couch didn't work. The jury is out on Alex Smith. Vince Young still isn't a great passer. Texas Tech still doesn't have a quality NFL QB. It just doesn't work. My prediction....neither will Colt McCoy.

January 2, 201016 yr Had Texas beat last year until the final seconds with TP as a frosh. Bama is the one team I would have hands down picked to beat OSU this year. Florida would be a nice game. I think TCU would be tough for OSU. UF IMO would be too much, but I could honestly see them playing with Texas. JMO. Top 5 teams do not lose to Purdue:idunno:. Granted you are talking about right now. OSU probably will be a top 5 team next year becuase they do return a lot, but they still have to play the games. A loss is a loss. Only in college football do we scrutinize them. OSU lost to Purdue, USC lost to Washington, etc. Who cares? They lost to a BCS conference team and not EKU or Morehead State. If the Celtics or Lakers got beat by the Nets I don't think anyone would say that they are no good. With the system, maybe they cannot be ranked 5. But, IMO they are probably one of the 5-7 best teams of the country. And I used to hate the Buckeyes:puke:.

Bama is the king it appears but after that it's just mouths speaking when they so and so would beat so and so. Once upon a time about 6 hours ago Oregon had one of the best offenses in the country.
