Jets look like the Bengals possible 1st round opponent now.

Yeah I posted this with Manning and the Colts up 15-10, thinking they would stay in the game. :isurrender::eyeonyou::lol:

Don't like the Jets match up. For those not familiar with Darrelle Revis he a true shutdown corner who will be on Ocho.

I have been really impresses with Revis this year.

Agreed on Revis, he is IMO the best corner in the NFL. The Jets defense is very good, but I think the Bengals offense is much better than the Jets offense. If the Bengals defense can stop the Jets run game, Sanchez can not beat the Bengals secondary.

Denver or the Jets for me. I don't like the idea of having to beat a team 3 times in one year.

Looks like it's gonna be Baltimore or NYJ.

I'll take the Jets please... I have a bad feeling about having to play the Ravens. The whole beating a team three times in a season does not bother me, but I just feel like the Ravens have more offense than the Jets.

I'd rather see the Jets come to town but I'm just happy we get to see some football in early 2010.

Don't want to lose to the Jets on SNF but I'd want to face them in the first round.

If we thrash the Jets, then I guess I'd be pulling for Denver to come to Paul Brown for a payback game.

I said the Dolphins based on the choices given: I would love for a warm weather team like the Dolphins to travel to Cincy in Jan (cold, snow,etc...).

Fluke or not, Denver has beaten us (cant be too much of a fluke, they are in the playoffs)

Balt and Pitt (same as others have said, its hart to beat a team three times)

Jags and Jets: both play solid D (in case you you missed it, Cincy O is not very consistant)

I would love to play the Jags at home, but won't happen. Bengals will play Jets in back to back weeks.

Steelers won't get in. Even if they are able to win at Miami, they have to see the Jets lose to Cincy (could happen, not a sure thing by any stretch) and the Texans need to lose to New England (could happen, but it's at Houston, still far from a sure bet) and then it gets worse. Baltimore would have to lose to Oakland or Denver would have to lose to KC. So, it would take Dionne Warwick and her psychic friends all gettin aligned to curse 4 football teams for the Steelers to make it. And as I've said before, they don't deserve to make it with the effort they've given against lesser teams all season long.

So, if I understand correctly....

Baltimore and New York win and they are in....

If, one of those two lose, & Houston wins, the Texans are in.

If, both or one lose and the Texans lose, and the Broncos win, they are in.

If, one or both lose, the Texans lose, and the Broncos lose, the Steelers are in....

I think that's how it works, but I'm not positive.

Wow, I didn't realize they needed that much help. I'm assuming it is the conference record that is hurting them?
