December 24, 200916 yr I have to conduct Christmas Eve services for our church, does that count? :idunno::lol: That means that we can't leave home for KY until Xmas day or beyond. When I was in radio, I worked every Xmas Eve and Xmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, et al. I was single then. I find it rather sad that a person who is leading a church service takes Christ out of Christmas. :confused::cry:

December 25, 200916 yr My boss was working today & asked me if I wanted to. Originally he said that "We'd be here until Thursday", but I told him "No thanks." I'll go back on Monday, but I'm going to be out of town from the 1st 'till the 9th. Lots of golf on the horizon for this guy.
December 25, 200916 yr I am working a full shift tonight, and another one tomorrow night. This makes 5 years in a row that I have worked both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.:irked:
December 25, 200916 yr I worked at the home office in Elizabethtown today but only stayed until 2. I'm now off until the 4th.
December 25, 200916 yr This is the first Christmas in 20 years that I haven't worked, and I'm not quite sure what to do with myself! :lol: I'm on dog watch today, with my dog Lucky and my granddoggy Rusty. We went for a walk, but I wish it weren't pouring rain so we could go again!
