Who will earn the 2009 state championship title?

(Please keep ALL discussion focused on the upcoming game. Other topics can be discussed in a separate thread. Thanks.)

I'ma go Tornado. I can't believe they made it, but they might have too much speed for Somerset.

How crazy it that this team was 4-6 heading into the playoffs

I am pulling for PT.

Wow what a season Paducan Tilghman has had, I love this story of this team. What a great year to go form 4-6 to the state title game is just what makes high school football in this state so much fun, but I am a eastern kentucky man and I have to go with 14-0 Somerset winning it 22-19 over PT, I love pulling for the under dog but I can't go against those mountian boys.

That is Somerset's game, speed. I'll take Somerset to complete the run for the championship and a perfect season.:dancingpa

PT has superior athletes and typical Tilghman speed. The question this season has been team chemistry, the coaching staff and assorted drama. It appears PT has found their MOJO and will win the 3A title.

I can't believe I just typed that.

PT has superior athletes and typical Tilghman speed...... PT has found their MOJO and will win the 3A title.

Based on?

Based on?

Agreed, based on what? Can anybody provide anything on Paducah Tilghman? What they run offensively and defensively?:idunno:

I think PT is just above average at best...why not keep proving me wrong! Upset alert again...Star PT Bball player Forrest catches a late TD!

PT 24

Someset 20

See ya saturday!!!!

For a team that didn't even know if they were going to have a head coach after the first few games, this is a story within a story. As a WKY boy, I've gotta pull for the Tornado. This is a team that has proven, don't count them out, and it is not over, till it's over. If they do beat Somerset, I see a movie deal for somebody.

I'm from WKY, I'll pull for PT

Are both teams staying in Bowling Green the night before?
