Rupp Arena is one of the toughest places to play in th...um...yeah.

Like I said, you could feel the rest of BGP ready to laugh at this one.

 

This is why losing Meeks was so bad. They don't have a go to free throw shooter. They don't have as much leadership. They don't have the consistent outside shooter.

 

I think their "leader" took the ball at the end of the game, and without thinking, won it for them!! "In Wall We Trust"!!

 

Seriously--It will take time for a freshman dominated team, with a new coach and new system some time to find their way. They WILL lose a couple like this along the way, but hopefully come together by tourney time!! Good to see Cousins and Darius respond to some coaching in this game!!

Miami has a history of playing tough in some difficult places and many a upset along the way. Charlie Coles can coach and the MAC has some decent teams!!
