I actually think Jurich could do it.

He will forever be remembered as the "fat little girlfriends" guy by me.

We spent the bulk of our years in Conference USA not all that concerned about defense; it's just getting back to basics for us. :D

I heard about this rumor earlier today. It's at least a little more believable than most of the others. It's unfortunate that with two games left in the season, I just want it to end so we can sack the coach and get another, but I suppose that's what we've come to.

As a UK fan I know exactly how you feel. That is exactly what we went through in the last month or so of the basketall season last year.

Yes, and they are guys hand-picked by Leach to run his system. Will he have that luxuary at Louisville in his first year?

It's actually an offense that Stein could run quite well, I am sure Stoudt could as well.

So you don't think Burke could run it?

I like Justin, and he certainly is cerebral enough to run it. However, if one thing the Leach offense requires is accuracy, and I have not seen that from Burke this year. He's been very erratic in regards to delivering the ball.

Fair enough. I tend to think he would thrive in it. JMO.

Stoudt would probably be the man to run an offense like that.

I hope UofL makes this happen. It would be great to have Leach in state again. He will have them playing well year one no question.

:thumb: Exactly what I was thinking. I think he could teach offense to monkeys and chimps and score points in college football. U of L might not win the Big East in year one with Leach, but no one could take them lightly IMO.

If Leach comes, maybe English will get tired of losing at Eastern Michigan and come back as DC.

I may be wrong, but isn't Leach's offfense similar to what Burke ran at Lexington Catholic?

Not that high school success translates to the collegiate level, but I think you get the point.

Yes it is....but at this point, I feel Burke was better in High School than he is now. Of course he's stronger now, but in reality, I wonder if some of his confidence was washed away at State, and coming back here being named starter, and having that revoked....I think it is all but gone....and that rally plays hard on a kid's psyche.

But how much money will it take to get him,and can Louisville pay that?

^ I think his hiring will result in an immediate spike in season ticket sales.
