They missed the first FG too that gave Steelers good field position that led to Pittsburgh's first score.

As malachicrunch stated it was a 51 yard FG attempt. Kind of hard to get on the kicking game for that. Even at that, at no time did it almost cost the Bengals the game.

To go into Pittsburgh in a huge game for the Steelers and come away w/ a win is big. There is no doubt who the better team is. I think it's funny when people use injuries or not playing well as excuses. The defenses both played outstanding that is the only reason it appeared the offenses didn't play well. Carson didn't play well and they still won the game. The Bengals were w/o a bunch of key players and they still won. It's a good time to be a Bengals fan.

Jim Schue needs to quit visiting his parents on the weekends that the Bengals and Steelers play. From the previous Bengals/Steelers game when Jim was nowhere to be found long after the game was over. :sssh::lol::lol:

Don't worry, boys. No need to go checking the admissions lists at local hospitals. Was visiting the parents this weekend, and they're the only people left in the world without a computer.

With the job that he has , He doesn't have a laptop with Wi-Fi capability ? Lordy!!!

This is real, the Bengal's will win 12 or 13 games this year, and 6-0 in thier division.

Where is Jim Schue at? Haven't heard him say anything? :sssh::lol:

I can't wait to get to work and have the Pittsburgh season ticket holder pay off on our bet. He has to wear a Bengals shirt to work for the entire day. May not seem like much, but if you knew him, it is going to kill him.

Oh baby, me and Bob Costas on the same page. Maybe you could send him an email. He just said the same thing I said on live national TV. Yep, me and Bob. I'm in good company.

Consider it done. They shouldn't allow such things on national TV. The video games really aren't whats dumbing down America's children. It's Bob Costas.

Their kicking game won the game today. Yes they did miss the XP attemp on the touchdown, but I must have missed where kicking almost cost them the game.

Had they converted the XP it would have been a 7 point game. If Pittsburgh drove down the field & scored a TD, they would've won because of our missed XP.

It didn't "almost cost us the game" because the Defense stood tall, but the point is that every point matters & championship teams don't miss those opportunities.

I actually was visiting the parents again, strangely enough. No more will I visit them on weekends the Steelers play the Bengals. It's the only thing I can figure out that jinxed us.

Darned special teams mistake cost big-time, and great game by the Bengal defense in a whale of a performance. You could use the excuse of losing Polamalu, but Benson's injury leveled the playing field to negate that advantage. Just a straight-up whoopin'.

I've actually upgraded laptops, but couldn't get a signal in my parents' neighborhood or I'd been on sooner. It's always something ... :ohbrother:

I agree with everything you said. To say the missed XP almost cost them the game though was totally inaccurate.

Guys, I haven't been on much, I've had some devastating family issues, but I want to say congratulations to all of you Bengal fans. I didn't get to see the game, first one in many years. But congratulations again. I'll leave with this: You Dey!:thumb:

i don't

I'm curious...how did I get included in this challenge as a Steelers fan?

I may be the only guy on here that is actually glad he got his avatar changed.
