Campaign mode is amazing, and does a great job incorporating aspects of the first Modern Warfare. The multiplayer is unreal, and I do think they made a lot of improvements as well as added much more variety. The maps are greatly improved as well. Overall, I think this is the best game I have ever played. Hopefully it doesn't cause me to fail out of school :lol:

 

On a side note... I have officially become the most inconsistent player on Live. How is it possible to go -10 one game, and then immediately +21? Seems like I do that quite often.

I love the spec ops mode. It includes a bunch of side missions with varying degrees of difficulty. I think they are great fun to play.

I'm still on the first set. I haven't even been able to really sit down and play. I've just been playing here and there.

 

And with the diffiiculty, I started on veteran I believe but then changed it to Hardened. Some of those just seemed unreal to get through but I love the challenge and will eventually beat them all on veteran.

Took us two hours to beat one level last night, and in the aftermath was 135 hostiles killed, 3 helicopters down and 2 tanks blown wayyyyyy up. It was rediculous, had to hold down a hamburger joint against 5 waves of attacks!

This game is just sick. Graphics are fantastic. Love being able to use a Predator drone.

Completed the Campaign. Of course we'll need to go back and take our time. We set a rule in the house that we weren't allowed to go online until we completed the campaign, so we rushed through it.

 

Online is just sick. Very fast paced. The maps will be much harder to learn than in the previous versions. So many places to go and just sit. Love the new kill streak options.

I decided i'm going to prestige. I was a gold cross on 2 different accounts with COD4. But didn't prestige on the 5th one. I'm already almost a 60 so I figure I might as well.

Chernobyl wasn't too bad, but it was fun. Really love the thermal optics now. We're on the last 3 levels in Spec Ops, they are way hard, could be a while before we knock those out.

One thing I love is the tactical nuke. I have dropped about 7 already and just when people have no clue what is happening its awesome. Once I get the chopper gunner I am always close to my nuke.

 

One problem I am seeing in this game is the match making. It feels the same way when CoD4 came out. It is so hard to get into a game with a full party because noone makes it in.

How long do you get to stay chopper gunner? I didn't unlock that perk because I figured it would be really short.
