November 5, 200916 yr It looks like with AT&T that the smallest plan that someone can have is 700 minutes/month, though I am sure that some people use the prepaid minutes. My point is...where will the abuse and the gluttony of phone usage come in? That is simply untrue.

Yes, it says right in that article that it's 79 weeks now and they added 20 weeks to states that have unemployment rates above 8.5%. That's 99 weeks, or really close to 2 years.
November 5, 200916 yr Okay...set me straight. Well, my plan with AT&T is for 450 anytime minutes, so that's quite a bit lower, not sure if that's the minimum or not.
