When you put it in mapquest from NKY, shortest distance has you going on the AA, shortest time has you starting out on rt 32 in Ohio. People that live there I know say to go AA, then use the details Graybeard posted to avoid the rush hour traffic.

The nice things about the computer rankings is they are objective. I would like to see any ratings system, AP or Coaches or Litkenhous that put Ashland over Dixie. Dixie is actually a better team than they have shown so far, so again I would expect a 'break-out' game from them. They are so over-due.

I know that Dixie played a brutal schedule. And that can only help. I'm pulling for Ashland because it's just down the road from us. I think it's going to be a hard fought game. I think it will be a defensive battle. Ashland has a college type stadium. It's a minature Ohio State stadium. I say this because the seating forms a horseshoe. We hope everyone from Dixie has a safe trip to Ashland. If you take the AA down watch for deer. Lots and lots out right now.

They should have never called those two fumble plays inside the 5 yardline last week. A good coach would never call that play there.

 

Coaching is over rated and execution is way under-rated by some.

I agree with those who catagorize Dixie as underachieving. In spite of playing a tough schedule, I expected more out of them this year. Ashland is flighing high and it is fitting for them to host this round in historic Gilliam Stadium. I still believe that the Colonels are capable of putting together a little streak in the playoffs. The Tomcats are facing in Dixie, one of their toughest opponents so far. Good luck to both. Slight edge to Ashland because of thier strong defense.

Dixie had a tough road here and will have tough lose on friday night. Ashland will make Dixie trun over the ball more then they want to with that speed on D, Tomcats wins 34-13 over Dixie.
