October 21, 200916 yr I just sold my house this weekend. I live on a hill, and it is a bear to mow. I cut it this weekend and thought with a smile "This is the last time I ever have to mow this daggone hill".

October 21, 200916 yr At least I always mow up to Thanksgiving. Come to think about it, the weekend before Thanksgiving is usually the last time I mow. Once Halloween is over, the Christmas lights start going up on the house, and the lights in the yard don't go up until the weekend before Thanksgiving.

Does it kill all the grass, so I won't have to mow it next summer? With 3 acres to mow, probably would be too costly for me to do.

October 21, 200916 yr Hopefully, last time this year I have to waste 2 hours of my life driving in circles so that my grass can be 2 inches high instead of 6 inches high. I hate to mow. I like mowing. Peace, solitude, a chance to think. Weedeating sucks.
