October 23, 200916 yr What does that do? Does it kill all the grass, so I won't have to mow it next summer? With 3 acres to mow, probably would be too costly for me to do. :lol: Its a weed and feed. I have a little over an acre. Cost about $125 but Scotts is the best. The green, green grass of home.

October 23, 200916 yr I love to mow grass. I have always mowed my own lawn with a push mover. Good exercise and I will agree about the peace and solitude. I will be mowing for a while longer because I bag the leaves and they seem to be dropping off the trees much later this soggy year.

I clicked on this thread without looking at the dates and some people were talking about mowing two or three more times. And I was like: What?!? My yard probably could have used a good 'mowing,' but I just blew the leaves out instead.
November 30, 200916 yr Me and the wife had a spat, so I do what I always do. Get my ipod and mowed the yard for a couple of hours. Saturday was a fairly nice day, and the yard looks GREAT. I took the time to make the strips in the yard. :thumb:
