I wouldn't take that "other" team from up Dixie Highway too lightly. Look for senior Adam Warning to have a good year on the mound.

Adam is a very good pitcher.

Dixie has an excellent rotation for sure, but I also like Ryle's returning staff of Donovan, Hempel, Rodgers, Imai. They all had significant time on the mound last year.

Heard Adam had an awesome summer. That should be fun to see him on the mound because I think he started Varsity pitching one game as a freshman and hasn't started since.

Don't totaly count Beechwood out, they have Bertke and Larimore. I would not be supprised to see Colosimo on the mound more in 2010, and Darrick Brilz had some pretty good outings as a Freshman in 2009, plus a couple of others that developed very well this past summer.

Boone should have a good pitching staff as well. They return 21 of their 24 wins from last year. They only graduated one pitcher. Deno, Teegarden, Laumann and Alford were a combined 18-4 if I am not mistaken. Plus you add Brodsky, Devandry and Crabtree who led the JV team to the title last year.

Boone returns Cotton as well, they should have a very good team next year

Dylan McGuire, Aron Warren, Brady Asher and Addison Brown gives Lloyd a talented pitching staff. Look for Asher and Brown to have breakout year as a sophmore and a freshman.

Hegge will. Not sure at all about Mike Young.

 

Mike Young was the 3rd leading hitter for Bellevue last year and the 2end leading pitcher if he dont step it up then Bellevue is going to be hurting. Just watch for Young to have a break off season.

Adam Warning will be CCH's #1 this year IMO. Roenker is having shoulder surgery this winter so I am not sure where that will put him this spring but I heard he should be ready.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Sam Liggett as a possible POY candidate. Highlands won't be very good but Liggett should be in the running.
