Kragthorpe Out as Louisville Coach?

No idea if that's credible or not. If so, Wireman told you first. If not, this guy is an idiot and way off base! j/k

I was sent a text message saying this would happen sometime within the next week. I also was told that Jay Gruden would be the replacement. This is what I was told, not saying its true, therefore I would like to know if its true or false as well.

I have no idea and I was watching WKYT news just now and they didn't say anything about it. I wouldn't think U.L. would fire him mid season but then again......:idunno:.

Krags was told Monday night he was out after the S.Miss. game. He can leave or or remain a lame duck. TJ is out of town today looking to sign a new coach.

Please let this be true, everything except for the Arena League QB being the next coach. I've never understood this Gruden rumor that's been out there for a long time.

Apparently Krags did not take the news very well and is pretty upset,feels he was not given a fair chance, the team has been informed and is very excited to get a new coach. Tubberville has been retained as an advisor to the search and may end up as coach, Gruden is the top choice but has shown no interest, Papa John S. & Owesly Brown have opened up the check books and money is no object on signing the best coach available.UL is dening any rumors that a coaching change was made. These are all the rumors I have heard today and who knows if they are true or not but where there is smoke there is fire.

WDRB just reported that UL has not made a coaching change and the 2 have not had a meeting.

Kinda my thoughts... I highly doubt they would get rid of him in the middle of the season unless he resigned, and I doubt even more that he would be "forced" to resign mid-season.
