That's what I've been thinking.

All Highlands fan thank all of you from around the State for the Kudos and Congratulations! Kentucky football just showed Ohio that we can play with the best of them!!! The entire State can be proud that our Kentucky, :dancingpa brand of football takes a back seat to no one!!!!!

I've seen nothing but compliments from Rock fans, and X fans toward the Birds on this victory. :confused:

No doubt they seem to be the best team at this point. But things happen over the course of a long hard fought season A injury, some dinged up players. Who is the healthest at the end of a season can turn out to be huge in a close hard fought game. Sometimes it's a bad play a fumble or something. Sometimes the best team doesn't win. But anyway they are the best for now. Good luck the rest of the season. Stay healthy.:clap::clap:

No doubt, at this point in the season, but, I wouldn't want to play Trinity in December. They always seem to step it up a notch or 2 come playoff time..

Bell Co 12th? I think my Bobcats should be moved up higher. I think Bell should be right there with Boyle Co. Also, how is Henry Clay below Scott Co. when Henry Clay beat them soundly. Fort Campbell also seems awfully high. As for Highlands, yes they'd have to be #1. I wish they could come to Log Mtn this year.

Ryle should be somewhere between 5 and 10.With their running game they are as good as anybody in the state except the big 3[HHS,X,T]

I'm with everybody that is saying that it's the game in December that decides whether this team is the best in the state.. Does anybody really think that they will give a hoot if they don't win State.

 

IMO either St.X or Trinity wins 6A and if HHS doesn't win, it won't matter that St.X or Trinity lost to Cincy St. X. If they take care of business then no doubt this year anyway!!!!:thumb:

While it appears that Highlands may be the best in the state right now (we'll see how things progress as the season moves along), I think it's important that some of the Highlands fans posting on this thread be mindful of the fact that during most years either Trinity or Louisville Saint Xavier is the best team in KY.

 

I think all of us Highlands fans should keep our collective eyes on the prize... 15-0 and Class 5A state champs... then we can do some debating.

I agree with you and tdyballgame: This means nothing without a state trophy in December. Focus on beating Dixie this week -- nothing else. :thumb:
