Broncos 12 Bengals 7

Why did the officials put 18 seconds back on the clock? They said that it was because Cincinnati Challenged & lost, meaning that they should be charged with a timeout. But you cannot challenge with under 2:00, so I was confused about that?

.

38 seconds was the right time. The TD play started with 41 seconds left. The whistle blew signaling the TD with 38 seconds left.

I have no idea how the clock went from 38 to 20.

It's okay Scribe, you can say it. It's the truth. The first part of healing is admitting it. Say it with me,,,,,Mr. Williams is a bad safety.

See, now the healing can start.

He played a good game and made an over aggresive, dumb mistake at the end. By no means do I think he is great, but bad isn't right either.

Why was the play before the TD not even reviewed? I couldn't see the replay close from where I was sitting, but it looked pretty close to me.

It was reviewed. It was reviewed for a lot longer than was necessary.

The possible INT was reviewed?

Is that the one where the Bengals were charged a timeout?

Very odd sequence and I'm sure the officials messed something up there. All reviews are from the booth under two minutes right?

They wanted out of there just like everyone else.

Considering that made the game shorter :idunno:

Swing and a miss on that one.

Is it me or is the Bengals the only team in the league that runs routes that aren't pass the First Down Markers? You would think they would learn that in Pee Wee Football.

Broncos did it several times too. Sometimes it's simply to get the punter out of the endzone and try changing the field position a little bit since 9 times out of 10 it is a give me play since the DB's are playing at the markers why not take the 5 or 6 yards and have him punt in comfort?

Great opening game by their big free agent pickup Coles. :ohbrother: Has Henry been relegated to the #4 WR? If he has his head on reasonably straight - and it appears as though he's made some steps in the right direction there - he should be on the field on almost every passing down. The man does indeed have a ton of physical talent.

Sorry. I thought you mean right before the Bengals TD.

I don't think the play you mention was reviewed because it was obvious he wasn't in bounds.

Denver did it yesterday.
