It would have been nice to have seen USC knocked back in the title chase so early. Oh well. I'll just have to hope for their usual brain fart in the Pac-10.

I texted several of my friends that Tressel should have let Pettry kick the FG right before they punted. You never know what may have happened, but I was confident he would have made the kick.

Fun game to watch. I thought both teams' defenses looked very strong.

You turn 19 on Tuesday. You go into a stadium with 106,000 screaming rabid fans, an Ohio Stadium record. You go up against a team trying to salvage its own, and its conferences, reputation. You go up against a tough defense that puts 8 in the box all night, knocks you down all night. You injure your shoulder in the third quarter. Your offensive line really is not playing that well. The whole night is a struggle for field position.

And you cooly drive your team 92 yards for a game-winning touchdown.

Stones.

Congratulations, Matt Barkley.

Is anyone else sweating? I've worried about this game all week. I knew exactly what Ohio St. was going to do and they almost pulled it off. Their crowd was unbelievable.

I could have handed the ball off and thrown screens for 92 yards too.

I know you're trying to get a rise out of me. I'm not taking the bait.

He also made a 25 yard throw to McCoy on 3rd and 9. That's what separates you and hot dog vendors from the Matt Barkley's of the world.

As a UK fan first, and Buckeye 2nd, I am so used to watching the Wildcats lose games in that fashion so many times over the years.

O$U comes up short again in a big game. Congrats to USC, the better team won.

The following touch pass in the seam of the O$U zone coverage for 20+ yards was very nice too.

I'm sitting at a bar right now. Nothing warms my heart more than every obnoxious Ohio St. fan storming out in silence. Very good game.

You need to watch that last drive again I suppose. There were two huge passes (one was a 3rd and long) for first downs. And then there was the pass for the 2 pt conversion.
