Chris spent 4 tours in Iraq and has an incredible story. Very complimentary of his fellow warriors that he worked with from all branches of service. #1 on the NYTimes best seller list.
January 26, 201214 yr The River of Doubt, by Candice Millard. It's a very compelling and edifying account of Teddy Roosevelt's expedition on the Rio de Dubia in South America after his presidential election defeat.
January 27, 201214 yr Just finished Fevre Dream by George RR Martin. The book came out over 10 years before A Song of Ice and Fire, and anyone who likes those books I HIGHLY recommend it. It has the same flaire to it as his series. Just started The Hobbit, wanted to get in an early re-read before the movie comes out and refresh myself of it. Still cant wait til the movie comes out.
February 3, 201214 yr I am a big Bill O'reilly fan, but this is the first book of his that I have read. I am sure his other books are good. He said on his show the other night that he is now working on another history sytle book similar to "Killing Lincoln". Working on it, now. I like how the material is presented more like a mystery novel, instead of a straight historical piece.
