WEBN Labor Day Fireworks

Featured Replies

NewCath is a good spot to watch them from if you want a more family friendly atmosphere. They have games and carnival stuff for kids. I, for one, don't care about them. We used to buy a ticket at Joe's Crabshack, but, as has been mentioned, the traffic is very difficult to deal with.

My family will be going the other direction to our Rivercamp in Melbourne. A fun filled day on the river and then spend the night followed by another awesome day on Monday. And without the traffic.........:thumb:

I have been to the EBN fireworks a few times while in Cincinnati over Labor Day weekend. That said, they aren't as good as Thunder over Louisville, so I don't make a point to make it up there for them, unless something else calls me to do so.

The fact that you feel the need to mention Thunder reveals an inferiority complex relative to WEBN's Labor Day fireworks. :D

Party at my house. Best part is watching the traffic jam after the show...

I can attest to that. It was a blast last year when we went. We about got in a fight, but it was a good time.

Let's not have this argument again! :ohbrother:

It's a very serious and widespread condition down that way. :D

I'll be "enjoying" the fire works this year in Cincinnati.

My girlfriend loves the fireworks. They just don't do much for me.:idunno:

I can't stand them. In addition, they don't serve alcohol, so I have no reason to go.

You guys are more than welcome to come over again this year...

Seriously...We would love to. PM me with details.

All I have to say is......Newport, put your shirt on.

The house boats are already docking along the Kentucky banks.

Used to go to Devou Park all the time to see them, but stopped a few years ago. I assume it's still a great spot to watch them.

Rather than starting a new thread, who went and give us a review.
