Final

NL 36 PC 33 Final

Wow, that's a big win to begin the Larkey Era in London. It sounded like Pulaski was supposed to have the best team in school history from what I saw on television.

:clap:Congratulations NL and Chris Larkey. Nice win Keep it up!!!

Wow, that's a big win to begin the Larkey Era in London. It sounded like Pulaski was supposed to have the best team in school history from what I saw on television.

I hate to say this, because we had the exact same conversation last year when Pulaski opened 0-2, but it seems like the Maroons are always touted as having "their best team ever" and it seems like they always find a way to blow a winnable opener.

Certainly they are still a district favorite and should still be good, but I just can't seem to ever get behind them. They burn you too often.

Nice win for North Laurel. As I said in the game thread, hiring Chris Larkey was the best move that school could have ever made.

North Laurel kept answering each Pulaski score. Great back and forth game at the end.

Congrats to coach Larkey .... HUGE WIN!!!!!

Congrats to coach Larkey .... HUGE WIN!!!!!

HUGE?? Season defining??

WOW! Listened to this one on the web. This was a very exciting game. Sounds like Larkey has got a lot of good support in North Laurel and have proved tonight that they are not to be overlooked. Congrats to the Jags!

I'm sure dad is proud of his boys tonight!

HUGE?? Season defining??

It's not a district game, but I think it puts North on the road to a playoff appearance, something they haven't had done since 2004. Their confidence has to be sky high. Non-district games with Knox Central and South Laurel, and perhaps even Corbin look a little more winnable now.

Congrats to Coach Larkey and the team! :thumb:

Way to go, Chris! Way to go Jags!

Nothing like starting a season with a win to get folks behind the program!

Congrats!

Great job, Chris!!!

HUGE?? Season defining??

It's a huge win for a team that only won two games last season, DUH. :sssh::laugh::ylsuper::thumb:

HUGE?? Season defining??

Better than the way a lot of seasons have started for NL. New coach, new attitude, first win. I will say HUGE, too.
