Duke recruit registers at South Laurel!

Heard from a pretty reliable source that a boy from Kansas City, MO registered at South Laurel High School and he is being highly recruited by Duke.....Anyone know if there is any truth behind this?

According to what people are saying on this site, the Hicks kid that's at North Oldham and the new transfer into South Laurel.

The word is that South Laurel does have a foreign exchange student who is going to play basketball, although I don't think he is an NBA pick and I doubt he is living with Coach Wright.:lol: The transfer was expected to enroll at North Laurel and instead enrolled at South Laurel, don't know about him being a Duke recruit.

Have you seen him play - since you said he wasn't an NBA pick?

There's no way he could live with Coach Wright and be eligible, although the KHSAA has made stranger rulings.
