Actually, a ruptured spleen is a very serious injury that requires immediate attention due to internal bleeding. In year's past, Doctors would usually operate and often remove the spleen completely. Today, that happens less frequently. Fortunately, it is almost always an injury you recover from completely. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I have heard at least 4 months to even think about playing again.

Ruptured Spleen AND a lacerated kidney...he was urinating blood but is not anymore. He may or may not need surgery to take his spleen out, and if he does he may miss football and basketball season. We'll see.....

No, his father is from Frankfort. Dad was a walk-on for UK's JV basketball team (back in the day). His mother is a Grimes. 1st cousin to Michael and Robbie Grimes.
