July 10, 200917 yr Is there a legal statute regarding motel pools and child support payments? It will be hard to prove which pool is the father due to the chemical make up of the water and chlorine.:lol: If they prove that it is the pool's baby, I think the baby is entitled to 1/3 of all the chlorine dispensed each month.

July 10, 200917 yr Um...Well, many questions would have to come out in court...like, well, IF (ha ha ha) this did happen, how did the little swimmers get though her bathing suit?...HMMMM....Anyway, this is about the...well, there are no words for this story. I can not believe that a mom can be that stupid. If I were the other lawyer, I would demand an exam to see if the little princess is still a little princess or not (if you know what I mean).! And, can you see them conducting a paternity test on the pool?! Oh my, what a story!!!!
July 10, 200917 yr On a related note, you still hear of people giving birth and swearing they didn't know they were pregnant right up until the day of delivery.
