June 12, 200917 yr Watching the NBA Finals and just saw a new EA Sports Commercial. UK (Basketball) was shown predominately 4 or 5 times in a commercial that included the Steelers, Tiger Woods, the Williams sisters, the Red Wings and Florida Gators (Football). It think in one scene where a fan in a UK shirt was cutting down the nets Coach Cal was standing behind her. ANYWAY it's Great to see UK getting some Prime Time National exposure.
June 12, 200917 yr Author Coach Cal shows up 2 or 3 times in the spot......yeah before you say it Scarheel, UNC does get a VERY BRIEF shot towards the very end.
June 12, 200917 yr Actually I just looked it up. This is the commercial that had everyone thinking Calipari was going to be on the front of NCAA 09 B-Ball. This is the commercial he also mentioned in one of his twitters where he got to meet Steve Nash.
June 12, 200917 yr Author I would say from this that UK will be featured prominently on the NCAA Game this year and in the promotion of the game.
June 12, 200917 yr Coach Cal shows up 2 or 3 times in the spot......yeah before you say it Scarheel, UNC does get a VERY BRIEF shot towards the very end. They had to give love to the more recent champions but also wanted America to realize UK is definitely the "IT" team moving forward.

June 12, 200917 yr It's nice to see UK getting some national exposure. I saw this commercial last night when it aired and though it was pretty cool (even if UK wasn't in it).
