June 10, 200917 yr Rosales has 2 hits in his last 25 at bats and is brutal in the field sometimes. He shouldn't be playing all that much. I wanted him to come up and be a temporary spark to get Edwin going but his injury looks to be much worse than before. I think we need to start with a new plan A at 3B for the future of this club.
June 10, 200917 yr Interesting lineup tonight from Dusty. Wonder what made him put Hairston at #1 & Taveras @ 2? I thought the Centerfielder had to lead off? Looks like he is finally using his head a little bit. After the swings I saw from Tavares last night I am wondering if he should be playing at all right now.

I'm not complaining, as I realize Rosales has been struggling. Just curious as to the last time he's even played. I hadn't seen him out there in forever, although I have missed a game or two.
June 10, 200917 yr Rosales batted over the weekend and twice had a chance to win the game. The first time he only got the run in on a dribbler and a bad throw and the second a pop-up. Sound like bench time to me.
June 11, 200917 yr Where's all the Dusty has ruined Harang talk? He pitched a complete game his last time out and 8 shut out innings (leaving in the 8th with runner on 1st) tonight. I thought he was ruined after he came back from the rain delay?
June 11, 200917 yr Nats on pace for a 42 win season, that would make them two better than the '62 Mets.

I thought he was ruined after he came back from the rain delay? He has pitched well two out of three games. What about the game before that? Are we leaving that out? The Nats have scored some runs, but I get the feeling they are like the Reds of years past. They're capable of scoring 8 or 2. They have won 15 games. Harang should beat them.

It's obvious that the rain delay hasn't hurt him...:deadhorse:
June 11, 200917 yr Starting it back up after about two hours delay. One on, no outs. Cordero back on the hill.
June 11, 200917 yr Cordero walks the next batter (who started out with a 2-2 count). Men on first and second. Stormy warming up.
June 11, 200917 yr Next batter delivers a first-pitch RBI single to the RF corner. 2-1 Reds. Men on first and third w/ one out.
