June 14, 200917 yr Jay Bruce is 6-51. How about him? Don't forget 49 K's in 59 games. With a few miscues in left, only 3 SB's. Yeah he's got like 5 OF assists but atleast 2 are because he booted balls. He's starting to resemble Dunn with less walks IMO. Of course he is still really young. I'll give him that.
June 14, 200917 yr Jay Bruce is 6-51. How about him? He at least is a threat to hit it out of the park and drive in runs. He's also 22 and has yet to prove that he's not reall good like Taveras has. I'd be fine w/ Gomes getting some of his games against lefties. If they don't make a trade for a right handed bat that can play either 3rd or the corner outfield spots it really won't matter.

June 14, 200917 yr Dunn was constantly ripped and hit 40 homers scored 100 runs and drove in 100 every year. And played hurt. Guys like Phillips and Bruce get a free pass. ??????. 4th place team. Could use Dunn's bat now. Left field has been a zero all year.

I understand rehab assignments, but I would hope he isn't a candidate. I'd be fine w/ him getting his swings here.
